National Center for Professional Education Quality Assurance Foundation (ANQA) — Armenia's national accreditation body, established 2008 by Armenian Government decree as an independent foundation. ANQA implements institutional and programme accreditation across preliminary, vocational, and higher education. Full member of ENQA (European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education) since 2017. Operates under oversight of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport (MoESCS, escs.am) — the Armenian ministry that was formed in 2019 by merging the education, culture, and sport portfolios.
